FAQs
For Individuals Navigating Divorce or Life Transitions
Is this therapy?
Our work is psychologically informed and grounded in evidence-based principles. Depending on the service you choose, support may be clinical or educational in nature. We are clear about the structure and scope of each offering before you begin.
How is this different from traditional therapy?
Traditional therapy often focuses on processing the past. Our work focuses on stabilization, identity reconstruction, and intentional forward movement. We help you regulate the present and design what’s next.
Do I have to be going through a divorce to work with you?
No. We support individuals navigating any major identity shift — including separation, co-parenting transitions, career reinvention, empty nest, relationship endings, or unexpected life pivots.
What if my divorce is high-conflict?
We provide tools for emotional regulation, boundary setting, and strategic co-parenting. While we do not offer legal advice, we help you show up grounded and intentional in high-stress dynamics.
Do you work with couples?
Our focus is individual support and identity-centered transition work. We do not provide couples therapy.
