Melissa Ann Russiano, LCSW, LISW, CDWF, is a seasoned clinician, educator, consultant, and executive leader with nearly three decades of experience in clinical social work, higher education, and organizational development. She brings a unique blend of academic rigor, clinical expertise, and entrepreneurial leadership to her work with individuals, universities, and organizations nationwide.
Melissa provides executive and life coaching, clinical supervision, and organizational consulting across the country. She is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and delivers workshops and keynotes on perfectionism, burnout, leadership resilience, and emotional wellness. Her work integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, and compassion fatigue treatment.
Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in California, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas, Melissa holds a Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Azusa Pacific University.
